You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, driving financial and operational efficiency, and fostering a culture of care and accountability within each community.This is a junior-level role that serves as a direct support to the Regional Director of Operations (RDO). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Independent Living (IL) while also possessing experience in Assisted Living (AL) and Memory Care (MC) to effectively manage a balanced portfolio of at least five communities.Key Responsibilities:Provide operational oversight for multiple Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care communitiesLead and support Executive Directors and community leadership teams in achieving operational excellenceEnsure communities adhere to budgetary guidelines and meet financial goalsDrive census growth and policy improvements to enhance overall community performanceConduct mock surveys and prepare communities for regulatory complianceRepresent Twenty20 Management at community engagement eventsFoster a positive, results-driven culture while holding leadership teams accountableSchedule & Travel Requirements:Regular travel to multiple sites across GA, SC, and NCOn-call availability for urgent operational mattersStandard weekday schedule with flexibility for community needsQualifications & Skills Required:Experience in Independent Living is essential, with a strong understanding of the senior living landscapeAssisted Living & Memory Care experience required to support a diverse portfolioProven ability to lead teams, develop talent, and drive operational successStrong financial acumen, including budgeting, P&L management, and occupancy forecastingExceptional problem-solving, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to balance regulatory compliance with a customer-focused approachPrevious experience in multi-site leadership preferredBenefits Available:Comprehensive health benefits (medical, dental, vision)Paid time off and holidaysTuition reimbursement for professional developmentEmployee assistance programsOpportunities for career growth within Twenty20 ManagementThis is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader who is passionate about senior living and operational excellence.
