• Business Development: Build a customer base with a focus on IT projects for our American branch. You will develop business relationships, explore market potentials, and acquire new clients via various sales channels.
• Operational Excellence: Implement strategies that drive efficiency, reduce costs, and support sustainable growth.
• Leadership & Guidance: Lead initiatives focused on employee engagement, mentorship, and guidance, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
• Office & Infrastructure: Manage the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and initiatives that promote organizational efficiency and compliance.

• You have several years of experience in senior management in an IT consultancy or software environment; prior successful P&L management and/or President or GM experience required.
• You are an entrepreneurial thinker with gusto to take on a high level of responsibility.
• You can provide a proven ability to manage every aspect of a company and excellent professional references.
• You continuously maintain and expand client relationships, acquire new clients, and identify new business potentials for Sulzer USA.
