Job Description:

Transform Patient CareAs a Nursing Director at Prisma Health, you will oversee the 24-hour management of a specific patient care unit. Direct and supervise the functions and activities of the assigned unit, ensuring the quality of care provided to patients and families.Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement policies; schedule and supervise assigned employees.
Ensure unit-based budgetary management and human resource management.
Coordinate patient care delivery for assigned unit and services.Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Three years RN experience, including two years in appropriate area of nursing
- Nursing Management/Supervisory experience preferredPreferred Certification, Registration, License
  - Current South Carolina R.N. License
