A company is looking for a Provider Engagement Program Manager
to develop and implement strategies for provider engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive provider engagement strategy
focused on recruitment, retention, and education
Lead the creation of a structured provider communication plan and
streamline existing communications
Optimize provider traffic to enhance engagement and reduce patient
wait times
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in engagement, marketing, or
communications
Strong understanding of marketing automation and content
strategy
Experience in communications for healthcare organizations or
decentralized professional networks
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze engagement
metrics
Ability to work cross-functionally with operations, marketing, and
HR teams
