Field Service Manager Supervisor Director Manufacturing Production Line Machinery Automation Automated Assembly Processing Packaging _.

Seeking Service Manager for the region to focus on workforce management; service delivery metrics; customer dispute reduction, mitigation and root cause analysis; cost and quality improvements, and staff development.

Shall:

*** Hire, coach, motivate, and manage technical staff.

*** Execute training plan and program compliance.

*** Schedule and manage field work.

*** Maintain inventory of parts, equipment and tooling.

*** Develop solid customer relationships.

Requires prior experience repairing and maintaining Automated Production Line Machinery.
