  • Job Details
  • Minimum Experience: 1 year; 1st Timers are accepted
  • Patient Population: Adolescents to Geriatrics
  • General Skills and Work Setting Requirements: No Block Scheduling; mixed MS/Tele and Intermediate patients, neuro (small population), respiratory, cardiac, mixed medical, titrating cardiac drips required and tele required; assignments could be all PCU, all MS/Tele, or a mix of PCU and MS/Tele depending on the acuity of the patients and staffing
  • Ratio / Census: Ratio: 1:4-5; Please note this unit has a high staffing ratio
  • Unit Systems: Epic, Pyxis, SBAR
  • Scrubs Color: Navy Blue
  • Aya Offer information: Once candidate has signed and confirmation sent, manager has 48H to review the profile/confirmation and determine if unit/schedule/expertise fit. *Aya Offer only available if clinical pass within RTO guidelines + meets specific facility requirements.

    • Compliance: Full compliance required to start on time; if not compliant in time the pushback is 2 weeks due to bi-weekly orientation schedule.
      • Schedule Information
      • RTO: MAX 7 days
      • Weekends: Every other weekend
      • Floating: Yes, within facility
      • Call Requirements: None
      • Holidays: If one major holiday falls in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work it. If two major holidays fall in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work both of the holidays. If three major holidays fall in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work two of the holidays.
