Skills: Vents, IV Start, Neuro Intensive Care Unit, Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Management of dysrhythmias, Blood Product Administration, Central line care/management, Continuous IV sedation, CVA/Acute Stroke management, External ventricular drains (EVD), ICP Monitoring, Post Neurosurgery management, Care of Ventilated Patient, Isolation Precautions/ Use of PPE, Lumbar Drain experience & Arterial Line Management***Strong Neuro experience, Certs: ACLS, BCLS, NIH. Ratio is 2:1, can flex up to 3 in high census and nurse must be comfortable with this if needed. Average daily census 11-12.Accurate Staffing Consultants Job ID #2663726.
