Job Title: EEG Technician Job Specialty: Respiratory / Neuro Diagnostics Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (07:00 - 15:30) with Call Guaranteed Hours: Not specified Experience: Minimum 1 year required License: Will hire without a license; will hire with a pending license Certifications: BLS, ARRT, RCIS/CCI Must-Have: First-timers accepted. Flu Vaccine Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions only. Job Description: - Responsible for performing EEGs in a variety of settings including ICU/CCU, and Neuro units.- Participate in a call rotation on Saturdays and Sundays every 4th weekend.- Utilize EPIC for charting.- Opportunities to work in a Magnet, Major Teaching Facility environment.- Engage in resource pool opportunities, floating to multiple MS and Tele units as needed.- Complete non-billable modules pre-start, averaging 2 hours, confirmed via online learning.- Participate in a 16-hour orientation (non-billable).
