TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified CVICU RN in Gastonia, North Carolina, 28054 About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Job Specialty: Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Nights - 12 hours (7 PM - 7 AM) Guaranteed Hours: To be determined Experience: Open License: Valid RN License Certifications: Relevant certifications required Must-Have: CVICU Night Shift availability Job Description: - Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit. - Monitor and assess patient conditions and respond with appropriate interventions. - Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans. - Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and nursing standards. - Assist with invasive procedures and provide support during critical situations. - Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and post-care instructions. - Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation. - Participate in continuous education and professional development activities. - Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and safety protocols. - Ensure a safe and healing environment for patients.
