Job descriptionNurse Practitioner/Physician's Assistant - Critical Care Nights Only (7p-7a)Duties:
- Provide direct patient care in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
- Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Prescribe medications and treatments
- Supervised by board certified intensivists
- Tele-ICU support available as well
- Implement infection control measures and maintain a clean and safe environment
- Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment plans, and self-care techniquesExperience:
- ICU experience and procedures as APP or RN preferred but not mandatoryRequirements:
- Valid NP/PA license in NC
- BLS certification required; ACLS certification required
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentBenefits:
