Registered Nurse (RN), Behavioral Health (BH)Job Type: Full Time, Night ShiftCommitment Bonus (1-Year) $15,000 for Day Shift or $20,000 for Night Shift Shift Differentials: Evening $2.50/hour / Night $4.00/hour / Weekend $1.50/hourDepartment/Unit SummaryJoin our team in a 33-bed Behavioral Health Unit specializing in adult and geriatric patients. Staffed with compassionate healthcare professionals, including RNs, CNAs, Mental Health Assistants, Psychiatrists, and Mental Health Providers. Operating with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:6-1:9, our unit treats a variety of diagnoses such as Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), Bipolar Disorder, Schizophrenia, Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), and Substance Use Disorder (SUD). Patients may present with psychosis, suicidal ideation, homicidal ideation, mania, or exacerbations of mental illness.
