Coordinator, you will provide clinical expertise to ensure all
patients receive high-quality, efficient care. You will model a
commitment to the vision, mission and values of the organization to
support an unparalleled patient experience and clinical
outcomes.What you will do in this role: - You will collaborate with
the medical and hospital staff to coordinate multidisciplinary care
to the neuroscience diagnosed patient. - You will provide clinical,
professional expertise for patients, families, and staff members. -
You will provide organized, evidence based care to patients with a
neuroscience diagnosis focusing on health promotion and disease
prevention. - You will educate and coordinate neuroscience
diagnosis care management to promote optimal patient outcomes. -
You will collect and analyze data related to stroke, assist with
documentation, coding, and clinical care outcomes. - You will
retrieve, communicate or otherwise present information in a
written, electronic, auditory or visual fashion.What qualifications
you will need: - Must be a graduate from an accredited school of
Nursing: Associate's Degree in Nursing or higher is required - Must
be licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state which you practice
and/or hold an active Compact/Multi-State RN license - A current
American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross Basic Life
Support (BLS) Health Care Provider is required
- At least 3 years of experience in
Critical Care or Medical/Surgical nursingDoctors Hospital of
