Job SummaryAs a Registered Nurse with Atrium Health Charlotte, you will play a vital role in providing clinical, educational, and retail-based health and wellness program solutions to community employers and employees. Your expertise will be essential in promoting awareness and prevention of chronic diseases, such as cardiovascular disease, diabetes, and obesity.Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Employers Solution team to provide knowledge and implement evidence-based programs.
• Conduct biometric screenings, including blood pressure, waist circumference, glucose, and A1C measurements.
• Perform clinical functions, such as routine personal health surveys, vaccinations, and blood pressure measurements.
• Assist with statistical data entry and quality assessments to support employer-designed wellness incentive platforms.
• Deploy Employers Solution program and product solutions to employer community clients.Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with a BSN degree.
  • Licensed RN by the state of North Carolina.
  • BLS certification required.
