As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing clinical direction for all aspects of patient care in our outpatient setting. Your expertise will be utilized to demonstrate clinical competency, utilizing evidence-based practices and research in all areas of the nursing process: assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation, and outcomes.Key Responsibilities

• Assessment - Collect relevant data and complete thorough nursing assessments using age-specific standards and tools. Identify subtle or actual changes in patients' status and patient response to intervention, and prioritize patient care based on nursing assessment.
• Planning/Outcomes - Develop individualized plans of care that address the unique needs of each patient, in collaboration with the patient, family, physician, and other healthcare team members. Update plans as needed and communicate changes to the team.
• Implementation - Provide direct care to assigned patients, performing specific tasks based on organizational, departmental, and unit policies and procedures. Delegate nursing tasks as appropriate and ensure completion of assigned tasks.
• Evaluation - Evaluate nursing plans of care for effectiveness and determine progress toward expected outcomes. Revise diagnosis, outcomes, and plans as needed.Supervisory/Management ResponsibilitiesN/AMinimum RequirementsAssociate's Degree in Nursing; BSN preferred.
