As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide clinical direction for all aspects of patient care, fostering a patient-centered approach that prioritizes compassion and excellence.Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical direction for all aspects of patient care, incorporating evidence-based practices and research into the nursing process.
• Develop and implement individualized plans of care, working collaboratively with patients and their families to ensure seamless transitions and ongoing support.
• Assess and recognize subtle or actual changes in patients' status, communicating effectively with the healthcare team to ensure timely interventions and optimal outcomes.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of care plans, revising and updating as needed to ensure the highest level of quality and patient satisfaction.Requirements
  • Associate's Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
  • One year of experience as a registered nurse (or successful completion of the Prisma Health Nurse Residency Program or a comparable residency)
