Key Responsibilities--- Collect and analyze patient data to inform nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans.
--- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to implement care plans, ensuring timely and effective interventions.
--- Provide education and support to patients and families, promoting self-advocacy and empowerment.
--- Participate in performance improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for quality enhancement and implementing evidence-based solutions.

QualificationsAn Associate's Degree in Nursing is required; a BSN is preferred. One year of experience as a registered nurse is also required. In lieu of 1 year of experience, successful completion of the Prisma Health Nurse Residency Program or a comparable residency program is accepted. Licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in South Carolina is also required.
