In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients under the direction of a Registered Nurse or Physician. Your expertise will help ensure the health and well-being of our patients, and your compassion will make a lasting impact on their lives.Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient care based on individualized plans of care, taking into account patients' physical, emotional, cultural, spiritual, and psychosocial needs.
• Monitor and document patient status and condition, including vital signs, drains, dressings, and lab values.
• Inform Registered Nurses or Physicians of activities performed, observations of patients, and changes in patient status.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient medical records.
• Administer medications per policy and document administration.
• Orient patients and families to room and unit routines.RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need to be a licensed LPN in South Carolina and have at least one year of experience in a similar position.
