(Y/N): No Will this traveler need to float within scope to meet facility needs/float between like units/sister facilities? Yes Required/Preferred Years of experience REQ: 1.5 Years First-timers accepted: (Y/N): Yes License REQ: SC license or Compact license must be in hand prior to start Certs REQ: BLS, ACLS, NIH Special Requirements: Tele competency required Miscellaneous Open to accommodating block schedule? Local Radius: 60 miles Locals Accepted: (Y/N): Yes, on a case-by-case basis at 10% less the posted bill rate RTO Restrictions for Client Offers: All RTO must be included at time of submission. Schedules must be flexible to fill the needs of the unit. Guaranteed Hours: Facility is allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks. Call Out Policy: After 2 call outs (per contract) without a documented medical reason, a contract will be considered for cancellation.
