• Develops and implements individual plans of care based on patient needs.
• Delegates nursing tasks as appropriate to members of the healthcare team.
• Monitors quality of care delivered on a continual basis.Requirements
  • Associate's Degree in Nursing.
  • Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in South Carolina.
