• Provide clinical direction to foster patient/family centered care in an acute inpatient setting.
• Maintain clinical competency through evidence-based practices and research in all aspects of the nursing process.
• Incorporate knowledge of safety protocols, cost containment, and quality improvement to enhance patient outcomes.Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized plans of care.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care and ensure continuity.
  • Delegate tasks and ensure completion of assigned responsibilities.
  • Monitor patient safety and maintain a safe environment.
  • Evaluate patient progress and revise care plans as needed.Requirements:
    • Associate's Degree in Nursing; BSN preferred.
    • One year of experience as a registered nurse.
    • Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in South Carolina.
    • Or successful completion of the Prisma Health Nurse Residency Program or a comparable residency.Work Environment:
      • Greer Medical Campus.
      • 1004 Greer Memorial Hospital.
      • Medical Telemetry Department.
