Clinical Excellence in Inpatient CareWe are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to provide clinical direction for all aspects of patient care in our acute inpatient setting. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will foster patient/family-centered care, utilizing evidence-based practices and research to drive exceptional outcomes.Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical direction for patient care, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, cost containment, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Assess patient needs, develop individualized plans of care, and coordinate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless delivery of care.
• Delegate nursing tasks as appropriate, ensuring completion of assignments and maintaining a safe environment for patients.
• Monitor quality of care, utilizing performance indicators to collect data and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to evaluate patient progress, revise plans of care as needed, and document outcomes.Requirements:
  • Associate's Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
  • Two years of experience as a Registered Nurse
