Job Summary
As a Registered Nurse in our Gastrointestinal Diagnostic Lab, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our team. This is a day shift position, providing a great work-life balance opportunity.

Responsibilities
Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  Assessing patient needs and developing individualized plans of care to ensure optimal outcomes.

  Providing direct care to assigned patients, including administration of medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing diagnostic procedures.
  
  
• 
  Collaborating with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between departments.
  
  
• 
  Communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure informed decision-making and optimal care.
  
  
• 
  Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
  
  
  
  Requirements
  To be successful in this role, you will need:
  
  • 
    
  • 
    A minimum of one year of experience as a Registered Nurse, or completion of the Prisma Health Nurse Residency Program.
    
    
  • 
    Current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in South Carolina.
    
    
  • 
    Basic computer skills and ability to navigate electronic medical records.
    
    
  • 
    Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
    
    
    
    Compensation and Benefits
