About the RoleAs a Registered Nurse in our outpatient setting, you will provide clinical direction for all aspects of patient care. Your responsibilities will include demonstrating clinical competency, utilizing evidence-based practices, and incorporating knowledge of safety protocols and quality improvement.Key Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop individualized plans of care
• Implement and evaluate nursing care, ensuring patient safety and quality outcomes
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives and maintain current knowledge of regulatory requirementsRequirements
  • Associate's Degree in Nursing; BSN preferred
  • One year of experience as a Registered Nurse, or successful completion of the Prisma Health Nurse Residency Program
  • Current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in South CarolinaPreferred Skills and Experience
    • Basic Computer Skills
    • Mathematical Skills
