Job Title: Registered Nurse

About the Job:
This role is part of the Facility Resource Pool at Prisma Health, where you will provide clinical direction for patient care in an acute inpatient setting. As a registered nurse, you will foster patient-centered care, demonstrating clinical competency through evidence-based practices and research. Your expertise will ensure the delivery of high-quality care, adhering to safety protocols, cost containment, and quality improvement principles.

Key Responsibilities:
* Collect and analyze patient data to create a comprehensive nursing assessment.
* Develop and implement individualized plans of care, collaborating with the healthcare team and patients/families.
* Provide direct care to assigned patients, performing specific tasks within the RN scope of practice.
* Delegate tasks to members of the healthcare team, ensuring completion of assigned tasks and maintaining a safe environment.

Requirements:
* Associate's Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred).
* Two years of experience as a registered nurse.
* Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in South Carolina.

Location and Work Schedule:
This role is based at the North Greenville Med Campus, with the possibility of floating to various nursing units at the assigned Prisma Health facility. You may be required to work weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts in the acute inpatient setting.
