About the Role

As a Registered Nurse in our Inpatient Care team, you'll provide clinical direction for all aspects of patient care, fostering a patient-centered approach that prioritizes their needs and preferences. You'll work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal outcomes.\

Key Responsibilities

• Collects data and completes nursing assessments, utilizing evidence-based practices to inform care planning and delivery.
• Develops and implements individualized care plans, prioritizing patient needs and preferences.
• Provides direct care to assigned patients, working collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure seamless transitions and optimal outcomes.
• Delegates nursing tasks as appropriate, ensuring effective communication and coordination with the healthcare team.
  
  Requirements
  
  • Associate's Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
  • One year experience as a Registered Nurse (or completion of Prisma Health Nurse Residency Program)
  • Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in South Carolina
