As a Registered Nurse - Acute Care, you'll play a vital role in our mission by providing high-quality care to patients in an acute inpatient setting.Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical direction for all aspects of patient care, fostering patient-centered care and ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.
• Develop and implement individualized plans of care based on patient assessment and other relevant data, collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care coordination.
• Assess and recognize subtle or actual changes in patients' status, taking prompt action to address any concerns and ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Delegate tasks effectively to other members of the healthcare team, ensuring that each patient receives the highest level of care and attention.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of care plans, making adjustments as needed to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuous quality improvement.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives, using data and performance indicators to drive quality and safety improvements.Requirements:
  • Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in South Carolina
  • One year of experience as a registered nurse (or successful completion of the Prisma Health Nurse Residency Program or a comparable residency)
