ApolloMD is actively seeking a Full-Time Anesthesiologist for the UNC Blue Ridge Health System near the beautiful Asheville mountains. This system provides advanced, affordable healthcare for the residents of Burke County while providing a broad scope of services. UNC Blue Ridge has two campuses, separated by roughly 9 miles. The Morganton campus is a traditional hospital setting while the Valdese campus is limited to outpatient procedures. A team of 5 Anesthesiologists and 16 CRNA s rotate between the sites.
--- Total Anesthesia Volume: 6,750
--- Cases Include: Orthopedic/Spine, General Surgery, ENT, OB/Gyn, Urology, Opthalmology, Dental, healthy Pediatrics; limited thoracic, no cardiac surgery or intracranial neurosurgery
--- Post-call days off
--- CRNA s cover the majority of labor analgesia service
--- Prescriptive schedule with every 5th week off
