SCHEDULE:--Full-time



LOCATION:--Charlotte, North Carolina



COMPENSATION:--Year 1 = $350,000 annual base salary, plus 33% of Net collections over $1M. Year 2 = 33% of Net Collections.



SIGN-ON BONUS:--$50,000



RELOCATION ASSISTANCE:--$10,000

Responsibilities:
--- Integrate seamlessly into the local community while bringing advanced surgical expertise to our esteemed team.
--- Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, genuine enthusiasm for patient interactions, and a strong commitment to continuous learning to elevate service quality.
--- Meet critical requirements, including holding a DDS or DMD degree, completing an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery certification from ADA-accredited programs, and possessing a valid dentistry license in North Carolina.

Qualifications:
--- The applicant must have either a DDS or DMD degree to qualify for the position based in Charlotte, NC, US.
--- Completion of an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery certification from ADA-accredited programs is a compulsory prerequisite.
--- It is vital to possess a valid dentistry license in the state of North Carolina to be considered for this role.
