• BLS - Basic Life Support
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support
  • Job Details
  • Must have certificate CST from NBSTSA
  • AHA BLS required
  • Need Level 1 Trauma experience
  • Call requirement: Will take call at least two days of call each week and 1-2 weekends every 6-week schedule depending on the need
  • OT Days each week
  • Start: 3 weeks after signed contract
  • Shift: 4x10 Days
  • Locals accepted: YES at reduced bill rate if under 100 miles to facility
  • Pending License accepted: No
  • RTO Restrictions: ALL RTO must be included at time of submission. Approval will be based on facility's needs.
  • Guaranteed Hours: Facility allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks
  • Experience: 1+ yr

        • Prisma Health Floating Policy for Contracted Staff: agency staff must float to other Prisma Health units and/or campuses per request due to census concerns.

          • Certification can't expire within 30 days of start and proof of completion not accepted, must have actual card/certification to start
