  • Monday - Thursday (must be willing to do a float shift)
  • Minimum Experience: 1 year; 1st Timers are accepted
  • Patient Population: Adolescents to Geriatrics (Neonates to Pediatrics Rare)
  • General Skills and Work Setting Requirements: Inpatient and Outpatient Work Settings; IV Starts, PACS and Contrast Skills required

  • Unit Systems: Epic, Pyxis, SBAR
  • Scrub Color: Caribbean Blue
  • RTO: MAX 7 days
  • Weekends: Depends on shift posted
  • Floating: Yes, will float to sister campus hospital around 3 miles apart

  • Holidays: If one major holiday falls in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work it. The same goes for two major holidays. Major holidays include New Year's Eve and Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving/Black Friday, and Christmas Eve and Day.
  • Compliance: Full compliance required to start on time; if not compliant in time the push back is 2 weeks due to bi-weekly orientation schedule.
  • Pre-Screen Unit - Candidate will be reviewed by clinical to determine clinical fit, if clinical pass and within Piedmont guidelines, candidate will be sent to the manager for final decision. Clinical screens will be sent on case-by-case basis.
