Job Description:
A company is looking for a MyChart Customer Support
Representative to assist patients with account activation and
navigation of the MyChart Portal.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, chat,
and ticket submissions
Utilize knowledge base resources to troubleshoot and resolve
customer inquiries
Maintain performance metrics while providing excellent customer
service
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Previous experience with Electronic Healthcare Record (EHR) systems
preferred
Experience in a healthcare setting, such as a medical assistant or
central scheduler, preferred
Strong PC skills and ability to troubleshoot relevant issues
High School diploma or GED required
1 year of experience supporting MyChart is a plus
