Job Description:
A company is looking for a Learning & Development Specialist to
enhance employee engagement and support continuous learning.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct needs assessments to identify skills gaps and develop
training solutions
Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs
Facilitate training sessions and manage the onboarding process for
new hires
Required Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in
a tech company
Strong instructional design and curriculum development skills
Proficiency with e-learning platforms and learning management
systems (LMS)
Strong project management skills
Ability to analyze data and assess training needs
