ship.--As a Staff Product Designer at FIS, you'll take ownership of
design vision and execution to design the future of banking
experience for millions of consumers. This is a senior-level
position within our new design group, focusing on a mix of building
banking experiences from scratch, redesigning existing SaaS banking
products, and contributing to an FIS design system.As a Staff
Product Designer, you'll shape the future of banking products used
by millions globally, driving creative and strategic design
leadership across our platforms.What You'll Do:
- Prioritize, ideate, and roadmap with product leaders,
contributing to product strategy and establishing our design
vision
- Leverage customer insights to define and solve problems,
employing user-centered design to create end-to-end
experiences.
- Design exceptional experiences for financial products,
supporting multiple projects and stakeholders to craft exceptional
solutions.
- Manage multiple work streams, collaborating with a product lead
to manage large to extra-large projects, handling varying levels of
ambiguity.
- Lead design sprints, working closely with user research,
content strategy, product managers and engineers to establish
process that encourages feedback and collaboration.
- Apply operational rigor by using planning frameworks and design
principles to drive alignment and clarity.
- Inspire stakeholders with design that inspires cross-functional
teams and c-suite executives to invest in our products and future
payment experiences.
- Drive cultural change by promoting a design-forward mindset and
establishing design-oriented practices across the organization.What
You'll Need:
- 7+ years of experience in product design, preferably in
fintech, SaaS, or enterprise environments
- Expertise in interaction design, user-centered design
methodologies, and agile development processes
- Expertise in Figma, with knowledge of modern front-end
frameworks like React
- Experience building and maintaining design systems, ensuring
scalability and consistency across platforms
- Strong prototyping and iterative design skills, with the
ability to quickly turn ideas into testable concepts
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams,
influencing both peers and executives in a fast-paced, agile
environment
- A portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design with

career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for
this full-time position is $154,720.00 - $259,940.00 and reflects
the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this
position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the
range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional
factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant
education or training. Any changes in work location will also
impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your
