Job Description:
A company is looking for a Tier 2 Support Specialist to provide
second-level escalation support within the Customer Success
Team.
Key Responsibilities
Develop product expertise to troubleshoot and resolve customer
software issues
Collaborate with internal teams to diagnose complex software
problems and manage issue resolution
Engage with clients through various communication channels to
provide support and consultation
Required Qualifications
3-4 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a
SaaS/Cloud-based environment
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, Webhooks, and API
integrations
Advanced Excel skills, including data manipulation and formulas
Experience with web-based tools such as Zendesk, Slack, and
Jira
Familiarity with the hospitality industry is preferred
