Description:SummaryOperating and maintaining Preston Communities
assets (apartment homes and/or office buildings) by performing the
following duties.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesDuties and
responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Monitor turns,
vacant units and move outs. - Maintain exterior appearance of
property to present good street appeal. - Completion of work
orders. - Perform routine preventative maintenance to ensure that
building systems and physical condition of assets do not
deteriorate. - Perform daily trash pick up including pet waste,
cigarette butts etc. - All other duties as
