• BLS and ARRT(R)(CT) certifications are required.

  • Radiology / Cardiology position at Novant Health Presbyterian Medical Center Crisis Response.
  • RTO after booking is NOT allowed and any additional RTO could lead to cancellation.
  • The Emergency Department at this facility includes use of Siemens scanners for routine ED patients, Code Stroke, and Level II trauma patients.
  • Daily Caseload: 150-200 Scans across 4 rooms.
  • Unit will accept contracts from 13+ weeks up to March 15, 2025 to cover the holiday season.
  • Patient diagnoses cover a range from infants to geriatrics.
  • This position involves a 36-hour work week with 12-hour night shifts, working Friday to Sunday from 18:45 - 07:45.
    • Job Requirements
    • Minimum 2 years of experience required.
    • Unit will accept first-time travelers.
    • Candidates should have skills in inpatient care, ER, and adult ICU.
    • Proficiency in using GE & Siemens scanners is mandatory.
    • Experience with CT procedures including abdomen, pelvis, head/neck, chest, spine, musculoskeletal, brain perfusion, CTAs, and multiplanar reconstruction is essential.
      • Schedule Information
      • Contract commits to 36-hour work weeks.
      • Shifts are 12-hour nights, Friday to Sunday from 18:45 - 07:45.
      • The position will cover weekend schedules.
        • Unit Specific Information
        • This position is in the emergency department, working specifically with a Siemens scanner.
        • During the first shift, usually, there are 4-5 techs available; 2nd shift after 5pm, 2-3 techs; third shift, 1 tech; weekends, 2 techs.
        • Typical case load for one tech in an 8-hour shift is usually between 8-12 patients.
          • Additional Details
          • Interview availability should be provided for the next 72 hours when submitting candidates.
          • The facility has a very fast-paced emergency department.
