Call requirement: Will take call at least two days of call each week and 1-2 weekends every 6-week schedule depending on the need
OT Days each week
Start: 3 weeks after signed contract
Shift: 4x10 Days
Locals accepted: YES at reduced bill rate if under 100 miles to facility
Pending License accepted: No
RTO Restrictions: ALL RTO must be included at time of submission. Approval will be based on facility's needs.
Guaranteed Hours: Facility allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks

Prisma Health Floating Policy for Contracted Staff
Prisma Health's goal is to keep staff in their home unit. However, it is a requirement for all assignments that agency staff, regardless of unit or facility, must float to other Prisma Health units and/or campuses per request due to census concerns. Staff will only be floating to units they are qualified for and performing tasks for which competencies have already been demonstrated and documented.

- Cost Center/Unit Description updates are in progress. Required: All Pediatric Units, ER, and PACU. Not required: Non-clinical positions. RRT: Reach out to OPM to confirm if required. Certification of Completion is acceptable if providing ARC certification.

Additional Details
Qualivis: Proof of I9 or Attestation
Driver's License is required immediately upon signing as this is required to set up computer access. Candidate must also carry ID while on duty.

Cost Center/Unit Description updates are in progress. AHA and ARC only. RQI is acceptable. Certification can't expire within 30 days of start and proof of completion not accepted, must have actual card/certification to start. Required: RRT, CRT, Telemetry, MS/Tele, ER, Pediatric ER, all adult ICU Units, CCU, Stepdown, PCU, LTACH, PACU, Cath/IR, Endoscopy, L&D, Observation Unit, LDRP RN candidates. Not required: Non-clinical positions. Certification of Completion is acceptable if providing ARC certification.
