company specializing in plumbing, lighting, and irrigation

and SC for 52 years. We assist local builders, plumbers, and
homeowners in creating beautiful living spaces with kitchen and
bath fixtures, as well as residential and commercial lighting. Our

The Opportunity
We are seeking an energetic, self-motivated individual to join our
team as an Outside Sales - Regional B2B representative. This role
offers an exciting opportunity to grow sales and increase company
profits by cultivating current customers and recruiting new ones
within an assigned territory.
This position requires creativity and motivation to attract new
customers and find new ways to increase existing customer business.
Candidates should be high-energy, independent thinkers who can
solve customer problems.
Key Responsibilities
- Increase profitability by promoting products, providing technical
support, and conducting training for new and repeat customers-
Identify, generate, and prospect for new customers- Cultivate
relationships with existing clients to drive sales growth- Provide
expert guidance to help customers transform their vision into
reality- Contribute to a "team first" work environment- Make calls
to potential and existing customers to sell the company's products
and services- Monitor technical and business objectives of
prospective customers- Provide purchasing feedback as it relates to
inventory levels, dead stock, and new product evaluation- Maintain
working knowledge of product lines- Negotiate skillfully and
achieve acceptable profit margins to increase the company's profits
and maintain the company's overall financial health- Responsible
for maintaining customer satisfaction- Work closely with the Branch
Manager and operations staff to see orders through to correct and
timely fulfillment- Report customer issues to Branch Manager
immediately and provide customer support to resolve complaints and
problems while maintaining good relationships- Maintain open lines
of regular communication between all sales staff
The ideal candidate will have an interest in outside sales and
demonstrate a proven track record in exceeding goals and targets
supported by a willingness to work hard. Organization, time
management, self-motivation, and drive are essential for success in
this position.
Compensation and Benefits
- 100% commission-based compensation with earning potential of
$72,000 - $150,000 annually- Uncapped commission structure-
Six-month guaranteed base salary available while training and
building a book of business before transitioning to the 100%
commission-based compensation structure- 401(k) with up to 4%
company match- Profit-sharing program- Opportunity to work with a
reputable, family-oriented company- Monthly car allowance and
company fuel card
