[You deserve a job you love!Volt is immediately hiring Crystal Growth Technicians in Charlotte, NC.As a Crystal Growth Technician, you will:

• Work: Overnight, 12-hour shifts, 7-days on/7-days off, 8:45pm-9am Tuesday-Monday
• Weighing and mixing raw materials
• Preparing and building growth chambers
• Operating crystal growth furnaces
• Starting, monitoring and ending crystal growth runs
• Harvesting and inspecting final crystal products.This is a full-time, Temp to Hire opportunity. 15% pay increase once you convert to Permanent Employee!The ideal candidate will:
  • Maintain and operate all Crystal Growth machines and various support equipment
  • Maintain complete and accurate records of all processes related to crystal growth runs
  • Providing supporting labor to crucible cleaning operations
  • Participate in Lean Manufacturing team initiatives with supervisors and engineering
