Senior Deal Desk Analyst

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior Specialist, Deal Desk.

Key Responsibilities

Manage complex, nonstandard deals and ensure proper execution of deal structures
Lead the contract drafting process and collaborate with Legal and Finance teams
Review sales quotes for compliance and serve as a liaison for deal-related topics

Required Qualifications and Education

3+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Order Management, or Sales Ops within a SaaS company
Experience with Salesforce, DocuSign, and CPQ/CLM software
Proficiency in Google Suite/Microsoft Office
BS/BA in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is recommended
Knowledge of ASC 606 is preferred
