Apply today!About the roleThe CDL Class A or Class B Driver will perform duties associated with transporting hazardous and non-hazardous waste between Reworld facilities and the client's sites. Drives will have the opportunity to operate a variety of equipment including vacuum tankers, vacuum trucks, vans, and flatbeds.Responsibilities:

• Safely operate equipment following DOT regulations and company policies and regulations.
• Drive commercial vehicles to pick up and transport waste to a designated location safely while meeting scheduled appointments and following all DOT regulations.
• Ensure the placarding of the vehicle meets DOT regulations.
• Maintain paperwork including expense reports, timesheets, vehicle inspection reports, manifests, and job sheets.
• Inspect truck equipment and supplies such as tires, lights, brakes, gas, oil, and water.
• Secure cargo before and during transit.
• Complete additional assigned duties.Requirements:
  • High School Diploma / GED preferred.
  • Must be 21 years or older, due to interstate travel in a commercial vehicle and federal regulations.
  • Minimum 2 years of commercial driving experience, including tanker experience.
  • CDL Class A or Class B with Tanker endorsements preferred.
  • HazMat endorsement is preferred but not required.
  • Acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to use a tablet for E-Logs.
  • Abide by standard DOT regulations at all times.Shift: M-F days with rotating Saturday shift once a month.Physical Demands of the Role:
    • Ability to walk, stand, sit, and climb
    • Ability to lift/carry 50lbs
    • Ability to work from heights and in confined spaces
    • Qualify to wear a full-face respirator
