• Starting Pay: $22.50/hr
• Top Pay: $26.25/hr
• Shift/Schedule: 7pm-7am 4x4
• Shift Differential: $0.35 for working night shift
  Purpose & Scope:Sets up and operates carburizing/hardening furnaces and related equipment in heat treating roller bearing components to specifications. Core Functions:
  • Follow all safety rules and regulations.
  • Responsible for quality and quantity of work produced in assigned production area.
  • Follows the directions/instructions of the team leader and/or supervisor.
  • Operate furnaces, baths, and flame hardening machines.
  • Remove parts from furnaces.
  • Completing various changeover parts such as holding fixtures and quench plugs.
  • Mount fixtures on machine using hand tools.
  • Drive forklifts to deposit or extract containers of parts into and from furnaces.
  • Repair, replace, and maintain furnaces equipment as needed using hand tools.
  • Monitors all assigned machines/work area.
  • Maintaining a clean and orderly work area. General Qualifications & Experience:
    • High School Diploma/GED required.
    • Must be eligible to work in the U.S
    • Basic mathematical and mechanical skills are required.
    • Strong attention to detail along with ability to multi-task.
    • Proven record of reliable attendance, strong work ethic, and team skills.
    • 2 years of work experience in a manufacturing environment or related education preferred.
      • Ability to lift to 35 pounds or more.
