Job DetailsJob Location Greenville, SC - Piedmont, SCEducation Level NoneSalary Range $30.00 - $36.00 HourlyTravel Percentage Up to 75%Description Position Summary: Responsible for leading the installation of cabinets, trim, custom and solid surface products while supervising and training other Installation Technicians. Provides exceptional quality work and positive customer service. The Install Leader is ultimately responsible for all aspects of site installation. Qualifications Required education and experience:Minimum three years' experience as an Installation TechnicianAbility to train, motivate and lead othersWorking knowledge of installation guidelines and AWI standards Must have a clean driving recordClean and neat appearance Ability to read and understand blueprints and shop drawingsTeam player with a positive attitudeExcellent verbal and written communication skillsOSHA 30 certification preferredFirst Aid/CPR Certification preferred, but not requiredMaintain/manage jobsite inventory/organizationAbility to learn, navigate and successfully use construction software programs (i.e. PlanGrid, Site Manager, ProCore, etc.)Essential functions:Provides Project Superintendent and Project Managers status updates on the project dailyInterpret blueprints and shop drawings and identify conflicts prior to installation.Inspect and verify casework installation according to AWI quality control standardsInstalls cabinets, trim, custom and solid surface products in a timely manner with a focus on qualityAlways perform job safely including wearing appropriate PPE per OSHA guidelines and asking for help with liftingOther duties as assignedRequirements and Working Conditions:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a team member to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
