• Oversee maintenance operations across the region
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of skilled technicians
• Ensure compliance with maintenance standards and safety regulations
• Build relationships with vendors and negotiate service contracts
• Monitor performance and implement continuous improvements What We're Looking For:
  • 5+ years in maintenance leadership
  • Strong technical expertise (HVAC, plumbing, electrical)
  • Leadership skills with a focus on team development

    • $72,000-$75,000/yr. If you are hired at Morgan Properties, your overall compensation package will also be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
