Responsibilities:
--- Follow up on all leads in a timely manner and demonstrate a high degree of professionalism
--- Uncover the priorities of the buyers by doing a needs assessment (fact finding conversation) and then locate homes that match their needs and wants and show them the homes
--- Be a trusted advisor and use a consultative, collaborative, servant leader approach

Qualifications:
--- Driven to earn more than $100,000 and provide exceptional customer experiences
--- SC real estate license or willing to get one
--- Teachable with a strong work ethic
--- Works well in a self-directed manner and also a great team player
