Job Description:

Design advanced electrical, mechanical, and computer-controlled systems to improve manufacturing support and maintenance programs through training and technical support. Develop process specification, machine parameters, and plan for scrap reduction and uptime improvements.Responsibilities include designing control systems for machine tools, selecting capital equipment, and improving current machine tools to increase uptime and quality. Provides engineering support to production equipment and processes and establishes programs for cost savings activities. Trains associates on new technologies and manufacturing processes and maintains quality and environmental management system requirements.

Additionally, detailed abilities in capital equipment justification, project scheduling, and managerial planning are essential.Preferred experience in data-driven analysis and problem-solving methods.
